Dear Windows Insiders! We’re excited to release the first Windows 11 Insider Preview to the Dev Channel! As we finalize the product in the coming months, we’ll work with you to validate the experience. You can try many, but not all, of the new features we introduced last week in this early preview. In the coming months, we’ll be bringing more features like Microsoft Teams chat and Android apps to the Microsoft Store as they’re ready for you – we’re just getting started on this journey together!
Changes and improvements –

Windows 11 is moving from Windows Speech Recognition (WSR) to voice-based access. WSR is deprecated. When you open WSR, a dialog box appears directing you to try voice access, and a banner ad has been added to Settings > Accessibility > Talk like Them. Voice access, a new assistive technology in Windows 11, uses speech recognition on your device to allow you to control your computer and compose text without an Internet connection. It will also support multiple languages and custom commands in a future update (these features are already available for Windows Insiders to try out in the beta channel, as mentioned above). WSR users are encouraged to try voice access today.

– [Nearby Sharing]
They’re introducing the ability to quickly give your device a friendlier name to identify sharing with nearby sharing in Settings > System > Close sharing.

– [Narrator]
Narrator users can now use voice access to open apps, dictate text, and interact with screen elements using their voice. Narrator users can use voice access to issue Narrator commands using their voice. For example: “speak faster”, “read next line”, etc. To get started, search for “audio access” in Windows search and set it up.

When creating a dump file for a process, the location of the dump file should now be selectable to copy.

Made some improvements to help fix an issue where the background was jumpy when switching between Theyen desktops
