1. Install the Basic Language Pack for Windows XP by running “.\Windows XP Operating System\1. Multilingual User Interface\MUISETUP.EXE”.
2. Install “MUI Update” and “MUI HotFix” from “.\Windows XP Operating System” folder.
3. Install the component language packs from the root folder for the Windows XP components installed on your computer.
4. Change the language in “START Menu -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Settings -> Languages” and then log out/log in or restart the computer for the new setting to take effect.
